2025 Spring Break

Greenville, SC

South Carolina is known for its southern gothic vibes, beautiful coastline, and the odd Civil War ghost or two. But just like any place, communities in South Carolina also face many struggles, such as poverty, violence, and human trafficking. This Spring Break, SojournBU will be headed to Greenville, SC, to learn more about the needs within the Judson Community and how people in the area are working to meet and uplift their neighbors.

Specifically, we will be working with Judson Community Partnership, which runs an after-school program for at-risk children. Statistically, hours after school and before parents get home are the most dangerous for youth, and JCP exists to provide a safe and protected environment during that window. Through counseling, homework help, and free meals, JCP works to uplift and support children in their community.

We will spend our week playing with children, soaking in the sites of Greenville, and learning together what it means to see and care for one another. Will you join us?

Important Information

What Schools - Boston University

Trip Dates - Sunday, March 9th through Saturday, March 15th

Trip Cost - $850 (covers everything for the trip - food, airfare, lodging)

Deposit - $100 non-refundable deposit is due before January 25th
